Asparagus Crêpes

Alright, at least it should be. While the last couple of weeks have been nothing but rain (except for two nice, sunny days), I was trying to make as much of my favourite albeit absent season as possible by wearing colourful clothes and decorating my flat with flowers.

Another awesome way of feeling as if it really were spring is to make seasonal dishes. Asparagus is a typical spring dish here, and I'm always looking forward to buying delicious regionally grown German asparagus to make this simple but oh so yummy dish.

Crêpes (makes 3):

  • 1 egg

  • 200ml milk

  • 80g flour

  • salt

  • pepper

  • chives


  • asparagus

  • salt

  • sugar

  • Sauce Hollandaise

  • ham

  • parsley
